We find the service provided by Elite and Co first class. Angela Liu had been most helpful throughout the entire process in finding suitable tenants for us. She also helped out in other matters such as application for the landlord license and taxation for landlord living abroad etc. We think she will become an elite in the estate agency trade very soon.

I had been looking for a flat for some weeks and was signed up with numerous agencies. Having undertaken several viewings with other agencies I found a property being marketed by Elite and Co Beckenham. The service I received from Angela at Elite was without doubt the best I had experienced.. She was extremely professional and very personable. She was able to answer all my questions and made herself available for additional viewings to make the whole process a seamless one. All paperwork was provided promptly and accurately. I have no hesitation is recommending the service provided by Angela and her Elite agency colleagues.
