Angela, of Elite and Co in Beckenham, worked with me during my position of both Landlord and Vendor. The service provided to me in both roles was excellent. Any question I had, and there were many, were dealt with speedily and in a very professional manner, On the occasions when she could not make herself available, Alan, who works in the office with Angela, took my question/problem and helped follow it through to a satisfactory conclusion.

Elite and Co are an independent estate agency, and I think it makes al the difference. Angela the branch manager gave the sale of my flat her full attention from start to finish, achieving a number of offers and the price I wanted with the right buyer within just 2 weeks. She followed through chasing solicitors to get the sale to completion so everything ran smoothly. I can say from experience you do not get that level of service at any of the chain Estate agents where you are just a statistic - she was always at the end of the phone for me. It's an extremely well run company focusing on quality rather than volume of listings.
